Job Summary

Job Description:

  • Attend inbound and outbound customer calls related to complaints and service issues.

  • Provide quick resolutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with the service team for timely support.

Maintain Complaint & Service Sheet

  • Record all complaints accurately in the complaint register/service sheet.

  • Update call status regularly until closure.

  • Maintain proper documentation for future reference.

Daily Technician Work Entry

  • Collect daily updates from technicians.

  • Enter work done part usage visit status and closure details in the system or sheet.

  • Ensure accuracy and timely reporting.

AMC Calling

  • Contact clients for AMC renewal reminders.

  • Share AMC details benefits and follow-up for confirmation.

  • Maintain a log of AMC calls made and responses received.

Prepare AMC Quotation

  • Send AMC quotations based on client requirement and machine details.

Client Requirement Quotation

  • Understand client requirements related to service spare parts or new equipment.

  • Prepare and share accurate quotations.

  • Maintain record of quotations sent and follow-up status.

Skills required

  • Excel knowledge

  • Communication in English and Hindi
