Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX / Product Designer to lead the design of complex end-to-end digital product experiences. This role requires strong collaboration with UX Leads Product Management Engineering and Strategy teams to deliver intuitive scalable and user-centered solutions. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking hands-on design execution and strong storytelling skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Partner with UX Leads Product Management Engineering and Strategy to define and deliver high-quality product experiences.
Lead design efforts for complex initiatives driving:
- Concept development
- Design ideation
- End-to-end execution
Create and deliver design artifacts including:
- User flows
- Wireframes
- Journey maps
- High-fidelity mockups
- Interactive prototypes
- Annotated design specifications
Collaborate closely with designers researchers and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive scalable and consistent design solutions.
Advocate for user-centered design by conducting and incorporating:
- User research
- Usability testing
- Iterative design improvements
Contribute to maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency and reusability across products.
Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
Present design concepts and rationale clearly influencing stakeholders and driving alignment.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Strong visual and interaction design skills with a proven ability to create intuitive and elegant user experiences.
Deep understanding of UX principles responsive design and accessibility standards.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as:
- Figma
- Sketch
- Adobe Creative Suite
Experience working with design systems and reusable component libraries.
Ability to collaborate effectively in Agile / Lean environments.
Familiarity with HTML CSS and JavaScript for feasibility and engineering discussions (coding not required).
Excellent communication presentation and storytelling skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
