Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Senior Developer (CSSA Certified) with strong experience in Pega 7/8/Pega Infinity to design develop and optimize complex BPM/CRM applications. The candidate will work closely with Lead System Architects contribute to scalable solution design and provide technical leadership in an Agile delivery environment for critical banking systems.

Roles & Responsibilities: Design & Architecture:

Lead the design of scalable and high-performance Pega solutions including:
- Case management
- Workflow orchestration
- Data models
Ensure adherence to Pega best practices and architectural standards.

Application Development:

Design develop and enhance applications using Pega PRPC.
Implement complex:
- Business rules
- UI components
- Declarative logic
Support full SDLC including development testing deployment and production support.

Integration:

Integrate Pega applications with external systems using:
- REST APIs
- SOAP services
- Kafka
Manage data flows and service orchestration across enterprise platforms.

Performance & Optimization:

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks using:
- PAL
- Tracer
Conduct code reviews to ensure quality reusability and performance optimization.

Mentorship & Leadership:

Mentor and guide junior developers.
Promote Pega best practices coding standards and design patterns.
Provide technical leadership during feature development and releases.

Agile Collaboration:

Work closely with Product Owners Architects and cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Participate in sprint planning design discussions and technical reviews.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) Mandatory
5 years of hands-on experience in Pega 7 / 8 / Pega Infinity
Strong experience with:
- Pega PRPC
- BPM / CRM application development
- Case management and workflows
Solid understanding of:
- Core Java
- OOP concepts
- Database concepts (SQL)
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Finance Business or related field

Desired / Good-to-Have Skills:

Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification
Experience in Banking domain
Knowledge of performance tuning and enterprise-scale Pega deployments
Experience working on high-availability and mission-critical systems

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to lead technically and collaborate across teams
