RPA Blue Prism Developer

Position Description:

Key Responsibilities

. Design develop and deploy Blue Prism automation solutions to meet business requirements.
. Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and propose solutions.
. Develop reusable automation components following best practices.
. Perform testing debugging and troubleshooting of RPA bots.
. Collaborate with business analysts IT teams and stakeholders to optimize automation workflows.
. Maintain and update existing automation solutions to ensure performance and reliability.
. Ensure compliance with security governance and audit standards.
. Document automation processes configurations and technical specifications.
. Provide training and support to end-users on RPA solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

. Strong hands-on experience with Blue Prism RPA platform.
. Proficiency in process automation lifecycle and workflow design.
. Knowledge of C# or Java for integration and customization.
. Familiarity with Power Automate and other RPA tools is a plus.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Education & Experience

. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
. 5 years of experience in RPA development with at least 2 years in Blue Prism.
. Blue Prism certification (e.g. Blue Prism Developer Certification) preferred.
