Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Litigation Attorney who is passionate about client advocacy and committed to achieving exceptional this role you will serve as a trusted legal advisor guiding clients through every stage of their case with professionalism empathy and clear communication.

You will manage cases from initial consultation through resolution maintain regular client updates communicate with insurance companies and prepare matters for trial when necessary. This position is ideal for an attorney who enjoys hands-on case responsibility values client relationships and thrives in a collaborative legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to understand their cases and build trust through compassionate clear communication
Provide consistent updates to clients regarding case progress claims demands and offers
Communicate and negotiate with insurance companies to secure favorable resolutions
Evaluate claims and develop effective legal strategies
Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court when required
Work independently while contributing positively to a team-oriented office environment

Requirements and Skills:

Full-time availability
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
3 to 5 years of personal injury litigation experience
Member of the Illinois Bar and in good standing
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Strong experience evaluating claims and case value
Excellent negotiation verbal and written communication skills
Proactive and solution-oriented approach to legal challenges
Ability to work independently in an office setting
Team-oriented mindset with a client-first focus
