Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Attorney to join a growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling wage and hour matters discrimination claims and employment-related litigation including class and representative actions.
Practice Areas:
Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of employment law matters from inception through resolution
Handle wage and hour disputes class actions and discrimination claims
Draft pleadings motions discovery and settlement documents
Conduct depositions mediations hearings and negotiations
Advise clients on employment law compliance and risk management
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop litigation strategy
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license and in good standing with the state bar
Minimum of 2 years of employment law experience
Experience with wage and hour and class action litigation preferred
Strong legal writing analytical and advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $100000$130000
