Job Summary

Transactional Attorney

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Transactional Attorney with 3 5 years of legal experience to join a growing and collaborative practice. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys working on sophisticated real estate and land use matters while also handling pre-litigation dispute resolution. You will work closely with senior attorneys and clients gaining meaningful responsibility and exposure across a wide range of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle transactional real estate matters including acquisitions dispositions leasing and financing
Draft review and negotiate contracts agreements and related transactional documents
Advise clients on land use zoning and entitlement issues
Assist with due diligence title review and closing processes
Support and manage pre-litigation dispute resolution including demand letters settlement negotiations and risk assessments
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient transaction execution
Maintain organized files and provide clear practical legal advice to clients

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

3 5 years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house setting
Experience in transactional real estate law strongly preferred
Exposure to land use and zoning matters is highly desirable
Experience with pre-litigation dispute resolution or conflict management is a plus
Strong drafting negotiation and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Client-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
