Job Summary
The Counter Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers at the sales counter providing product information processing transactions and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills product knowledge and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting customers and taking orders.
Understanding their needs recommending products
Processing payments.
Assisting customers with queries and providing solutions quickly.
Possessing excellent product knowledge to inform and increase sales.
Following up on orders to prevent delay.
Updating the product inventory.
Cleaning the customer area during quiet times to ensure a neat appearance.
Ensuring that each customer leaves the store and assist customers at the counter with inquiries and purchases.
Requirements
Education: Minimum High School/HS/Graduate
Experience: Fresher or 0-1year of experienced.
Salary:10000 per month
