Role & Responsibilities:
Drive Personal Loan business through emerging market channels in the assigned geography
Develop and manage sourcing through local connectors DSAs and market activations
Generate new customer acquisition and ensure consistent monthly disbursements
Manage end-to-end loan process including login quality documentation and closures
Ensure achievement of assigned targets while maintaining portfolio quality
Eligibility Criteria:
3–6 years of experience in Personal Loans sales
Strong exposure to open market / emerging market sourcing
Experience with a Bank or NBFC is mandatory
Good local market knowledge and relationship-building skills
