Job Summary

Project Management:

Plan execute and deliver front-end development projects within scope timeline and budget.
Define project milestones manage risks and ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Technical Leadership:
Collaborate with architects and developers on front-end frameworks (React Angular).
Review technical designs and ensure best practices in UI/UX performance and accessibility.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary liaison between business teams designers and developers.
Communicate project status risks and dependencies effectively to leadership.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure code quality maintainability and compliance with security standards.
Oversee testing strategies (unit integration and UI testing).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong understanding of front-end technologies: Angular Node Typescript Monorepo
Knowledge on various testing frameworks like JEST Cucumber Storybook
Familiarity with API integration RESTful services and responsive design principles.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines Git and cloud platforms AWS (CloudFormation Lambda S3 IAM roles DynamoDB Glue) is a must.
Experience with Agile/Scrum project management tools (Jira Confluence).
Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge on Python will be a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience as a Front-End Developer or Technical Lead.
Exposure to performance optimization accessibility standards and cross-browser compatibility.
PMP or Agile certification is desirable.
