Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to support and enhance cloud-native platforms CI/CD pipelines and application deployments across integrated systems. This role requires strong hands-on experience with GCP modern DevOps tooling containerization and Salesforce development and deployment along with the ability to work in fast-paced integration-heavy environments.

The ideal candidate is proactive technically strong and comfortable managing complex workflows across cloud infrastructure middleware and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support application development and deployment.

• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Support Salesforce development and deployment activities using Apex LWC SFDX and CLI tools.

• Collaborate with development and integration teams to support middleware platforms and APIs.

• Ensure secure scalable and reliable deployments using cloud-native and container-based solutions.

• Implement monitoring and observability to ensure system health and performance.

• Troubleshoot build deployment and infrastructure issues across environments.

• Contribute to automation security best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

DevOps & CI/CD

• 5 years of experience in DevOps Cloud Infrastructure or Platform Engineering roles.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • GitHub GitHub Actions Jenkins

  • Maven SonarQube Checkmarx

• Experience designing and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines.

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Experience with cloud-native architectures and services.

• Solid understanding of cloud security IAM and networking concepts.

Containers & Orchestration

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience deploying and managing containerized applications.

Salesforce DevOps

• Proficiency in Salesforce development and deployment including:

  • Apex

  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  • SFDX and Salesforce CLI

Middleware & Integration

• Experience working with:

  • Kafka

  • Spring Boot

  • MuleSoft

• Familiarity with API-based integrations.

Programming & Scripting

• Proficiency in scripting languages:

  • Python

  • Bash

  • Groovy

• Strong understanding of REST JSON and GraphQL APIs.

Monitoring & Observability

• Experience with monitoring logging and observability tools.

• Ability to analyze system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.

Soft Skills & Work Style

• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with frequent context switching.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.

• Ability to handle complex integration challenges across multiple platforms.
