About the Opportunity

As our Vision Store Services Coordinator you will Coordinate the local Vision Store providing high level knowledge and support to customers and service delivery staff in relation to sales and demonstration of assistive technology equipment and this role you will also:

  • Achieve budget sales of new or additional technology and/or aids through multiple channels;
  • Manage general customer inquiries via multiple channels including; face to face phone email;
  • Provide timely quotes for internal and external customers; especially for NDIS and MAC;
  • Respond to Request for Quotes (RFQs) from local service providers and other groups as required and convert to sales

About You

  • The ability to undertake Optical Dispensing which requires a certificate IV in Optical Dispensing or equivalent experience (desirable);
  • Experience in sales preferably of optical aids medical equipment or assistive technology;
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent written verbal and presentation skills;
