One of our most exclusive clients a luxury country house hotel near Ascot is offering an exciting opportunity to join their renowned 2 Rosette restaurant. They are seeking a talented Restaurant Manager to lead the team at their charming brasserie-style food outlet.
Due to the location of the hotel you will need your own mode of transport.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Restaurant Manager
- 48000 to 50000 per annum (DOE) plus up to a 20% bonus and circa 2000 service charge Circa 60000 package

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager
- Leading developing and mentoring the front-of-house team to uphold the highest standards of service creating an unforgettable guest experience.
- Ensuring meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of service from guest interaction to table presentation upholding the hotels prestigious reputation.
- Collaborating with the kitchen brigade to maintain seamless communication and deliver a flawless memorable dining experience.

As the Restaurant Manager you will lead a dedicated front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional dining experience ensuring the highest standards of service and creating memorable moments for guests in a sophisticated brasserie-style setting.
