We are actively recruiting Account Manager for our unique Birmingham based business who is a leading provider of fuel and associated products into the transportation sector. It is a business on the growth trajectory and started 10 years ago.
It currently facilitates the provision of and processes the transactions to allow over 60 million liters of Fuel per annum through its card processes.

Requirements for an Account Manager:
- Foster long-term client relationships to ensure loyalty and retention.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Effectively present products and services to clients.
- Handle challenging situations with professionalism and a solution-focused approach.
- Share insights and best practices to support team development.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success and drive improvements.
- Ensure efficient workflow and maintain high levels of productivity.
Requirements
To contribute to the companies success you will need 2 years experience in:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Driving client satisfaction and retention.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Managing workflow efficiently to maximise productivity.
- Prioritising tasks and managing time effectively.
- Making commercially driven decisions to enhance sales performance.
- Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs).
As well as having the right experience you will have:
- Ability to build strong long lasting relationships
- Strong commercial awareness to make logical decisions
- Strong motivation to work in a fast-paced environment
- Great aptitude for overcoming challenges by having a naturally inquisitive mind
- Ability to challenge the status quo; actively seeking to understand HOW something works not just WHY

- Basic Salary: 35000 - 40000 depending on experience
- Commission: This roles attracts a competitive commission 10800 OTE (On Target Earnings) and the more work you win the more money you get.
