Our client a leader in the automotive sector is seeking a Commercial Vehicle Showroom Manager to join their Sales Department in Glasgow.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Development: Support the Sales Manager in leading the Sales Team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyse and interpret sales data to develop strategies for improving key performance metrics.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure compliance and drive customer care standards by coaching the sales team.
  • Target Achievement: Responsible for delivering volume and gross profit targets.


Requirements

Skills & Experience Required:
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technological Aptitude: A passion for learning about new technology in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Rapport: Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Automotive Experience: Previous experience as a Sales Controller or higher within the automotive sector is essential.
  • Team Management: Experience managing and working with a team and the ability to work with various systems simultaneously.
  • Commercial Vehicle Expertise: Business or Sales Manager experience in a dedicated commercial vehicle environment is required.
