Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls and outreach to potential clients to generate new insurance leads.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent and strategic prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing clear accurate and timely information about insurance products.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions tailored to individual or business requirements.
- Track and report sales activities conversion rates and customer feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to ensure smooth onboarding and resolution of client concerns.
- Participate in training and development sessions to stay updated on product offerings industry trends and sales best practices.
- Contribute to team goals by sharing insights best practices and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Marketing or a related field (freshers welcome).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and digital communication platforms (e.g. Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics).
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and a passion for customer service and insurance solutions.
- Willingness to work in a performance-driven team-oriented culture with regular feedback and goal tracking.
- Basic understanding of insurance products (life health general or property & casualty) is a plus.
- Ability to manage time effectively prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
