Job Summary
Job Title : Associate - Senior Cryptography and Encryption
Experience : 7-10 Years
Location : Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support and operate enterprise cryptographic and data protection platforms
- Manage and maintain HSM PKI/certificate services MFA and privileged access technologies
- Provide L2/L3 operational support in a follow-the-sun model including on-call rotations
- Build and deliver platform enhancements to improve resilience and automation
- Troubleshoot cryptographic certificate signing and HSM-related incidents
- Work with application and infrastructure teams to integrate secure cryptographic services
- Apply encryption best practices across on-premise and cloud environments
- Maintain operational documentation runbooks and incident procedures
- Support audits regulatory reviews and internal risk assessments
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requisites
- Hands-on experience with HSM PKI certificate lifecycle management
- Knowledge of MFA and privileged access platforms
- Strong understanding of encryption standards and key management
- Experience supporting enterprise security platforms
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex security incidents
- Familiarity with cloud and on-prem security environments
