BPO Operations.
Available Tracks: -
Recruitment: Sourcing and screening candidates for top-tier companies (Domestic or US shifts).

Human Resources: Managing employee lifecycle documentation and office culture.

Digital Marketing: Executing social media campaigns SEO and brand awareness.
-
BPO (Voice/Non-Voice): Providing exceptional customer support or backend data processing (English & Hindi).
Key Responsibilities -
Communicate Effectively: Act as the first point of contact for clients candidates or customers via phone email or chat.

Analyze & Problem Solve: Understand specific project requirements (whether finding the right IT talent or resolving a customer query) and provide solutions.

Drive Results: Meet daily/weekly targets related to lead generation hiring cycles or service level agreements (SLAs).

Tech Savvy: Utilize internal tools CRM software social media platforms and MS Office to maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements & Qualifications -
Education: Bachelors degree in any stream (Business Arts Commerce or Tech).

Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply! (0 8 years of experience).

Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication (Crucial for US Recruitment and Voice roles).

Flexibility: Ability to work in different shifts (Day/Night) depending on the assigned role.
