Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Lead to drive design development and delivery of complex enterprise applications. This is a hands-on customer-facing role requiring deep technical expertise strong leadership skills and the ability to guide teams in building scalable cloud-native solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-stack development across backend frontend and cloud platforms.
- Architect and deliver scalable solutions using modern frameworks and microservices
- Act as a technical interface with customers and internal stakeholders
- Mentor and manage development teams ensuring high code quality and delivery standards
- Review architecture design and code for performance security and scalability
- Collaborate with DevOps QA and product teams to ensure smooth releases
- Drive adherence to best practices in engineering and software delivery
Requirements
- 1015 years of experience in full-stack software development
- Strong hands-on expertise in Core Java Spring Boot and Microservices
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks (Angular / React / Vue)
- Knowledge of MongoDB Elasticsearch Redis
- Hands-on exposure to Docker Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Proven experience in team handling and customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication skills and delivery-focused mindset
