We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solutions Engineering Lead to lead a high-performing team of 710 Solutions this role you will be responsible for mentoring the team driving customer-centric solution implementations and ensuring the successful delivery of technical solutions that promote user adoption and maximize customer value. You will play a critical role in shaping the strategy execution and growth of our Solutions function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead coach and develop a team of 510 Solutions Engineers fostering a culture of excellence accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Manage solution design deployment and customer onboarding to ensure timely scalable and high-impact implementations.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Engineering Customer Success and Sales to deliver solutions aligned with client goals and product capabilities.

  • Champion user engagement strategies and drive the development of best practices that improve adoption and overall customer experience.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to advocate for customer needs and long-term success.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering Implementation or Technical Consulting role including experience in a team leadership capacity.

  • Understanding of the fundamentals of front-end development

  • Hands-on experience with HTML5 CSS3 (Animation Grid Flexbox) vanilla JavaScript(ES5 ES6 and beyond) would be great to have.

  • Bachelors in Computer Science or a related field is strongly preferred

  • Proven success in leading teams within SaaS enterprise software or digital adoption platforms.

  • Deep understanding of user experience digital transformation and customer success methodologies.

  • Excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced evolving environment while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Passion for innovation problem-solving and delivering measurable customer impact.
