Job Summary

Job Purpose	To Lead in building a scalable Real-Time Approval ecosystem that bridges the gap between increased organizational size and the need for agility. This role is responsible for creating a standardized Loan approval engineFor specific productthat brings efficiency convenience and speed in customer acquisition journey. The primary objective is to eliminate friction in the customer journey thereby enabling the rapid scaling required to meet LRS financial Goals.
Duties and Responsibilities	Product Development Manage Team performance on verticals assigned through review frameworks. Act as a liaison between business and technology groups to facilitate communication both ways capturing product and feature expectation from business grooming the requirement (What is doable and Whats not best practice in RT Loan Approval engine from customer standpoint and relevant to industry- BFSI) Review Business User Stories for the streams assigned Undertake Gap Analysis and prepare Approach Document/ solution documents along with Business/COE and IT Handling complex ideas and break them down into concise and effective requirements Reviewing PRDs as written by Business/COE and team tech solutioning documents and project control boards to highlight any impediments and gaps. Ensuring complete coverage with respect to integration document prepared by technology team. Understand and suggest Data Ecosystem and contributing to RT Loan Approval engine Data Architecture based on user stories submitted by business. Generate ideas for product improvement & brainstorm impact with counterparts in Functions and COEs and gauge feasibility with IT team Scout the technology landscape to ensure adoption of emerging solutions and maintain innovative edge Participate in Product feature presentation with project priorities timelines quarterly plans etc. to Vertical Head for sign-off Prepare overall project plan for execution of projects and prioritize projects based on those with large impact or horizontal level impact Defining Critical success factor and product KPIs prior to release and then designing/building. Compliance controls- Reviewing and managing all statutory compliance views w.r.t to product features required in building RT approval engine. Project Management and control Responsible for collecting Product and integration requirements from Journeys for kicking off any integration project with offer aggregation engine and gaming stack. Accountable for jointly identifying critical delivery milestones for large and medium size projects. Benchmarking and competition landscape analysis. Building project tracker for management reviews along with COE -ordinate with COE and IT team for all project roadmap discussion release plans testing planning and impediments. Jointly executing test cases with RT Loan Approval engine for UAT and Production release Reviewing business use cases along with COE team and understanding the system compatibilities and new development required to support business use cases. Ensuring scalable and simple solutions for complex requirements. Designing development and task prioritization framework for SDLC Product release maintenance and support Reviewing product and application performance along with business post shipping the product to production. Ensuring data movement as per the workflows and SLAs defined during the development phase. Highlighting all major gaps during management reviews and maintenance of initial performance dashboard. Impact analysis for all major changes and bugs and enhancement tasks. Monitoring tech KPIs funnel management and Pre and post purchase journeys Designing Pre-product and Post product surveys and market response analysis reports. Internal and External stake holder management Stakeholder management and Business critical strategy building (Business COE Ops Tech and F&A) associated with 21 Major Business and cross functions listed below 1)COE and Business Heads for requirement solution closure KPIs setup and 2)IT and Engineering for architecture Solution closure testing and final delivery. External- NA Team development Participate in recruitment process to identify the right talent for various positions within the team Establish individual goals for team members on quarterly/ annual basis and regularly review individual performance of the team Provide guidance and support at each stages of the Project lifecycle. Review Teams output quality through iterative feedback process. Identify and create development opportunities for team members to enhance functional knowledge Ensure next line of leaders are ready for future and people feel sense of accomplishment and growth every time they deliver on their KPIs
Key Decisions / Dimensions	Following decisions are taken by the role: Acceptance and Rejection of Business use cases based on system capabilities and effort and cost required to develop the product feature. Sign off on solution and architecture balancing between data sharing and business construct. Project task prioritization based on management and leadership view. Allocation of responsibilities and tasks within the team Product leads and Campaign champs Finalizing management KPIs Collecting signoffs and Go live plan from Business/COE Heads and IT. Evaluation and selection of partners based on project criticality & partner capabilities is discussed with senior management.
Major Challenges	Changing scope of project by business leads to lot of rework and resource utilization. Identifying system compatibilities and capabilities. Tech debt and legacy systems related challenges Clear visibility on data workflows and data availabilities Lower levels of understanding on RT Loan Approval engine platform as product and RT Loan Approval.
Required Qualifications and Experience	a)Qualifications Post Graduate b)Work Experience Minimum 8 years of experience. Relevant 5 years of experience in product management Online Business functions and Project Management Thorough understanding of IT systems & consumer facing digital platforms Detailed Understanding of business processes operational and financial reporting process. Sound understanding of CRMs Notification tools CMS tools Finance application and Analytical tools. Hands-on experience in Pre-Product research and prototyping will be beneficial.
