Job Summary

Entry-level role for fresh/recent engineering graduates to assist in production planning line supervision process improvement and quality monitoring in a fast-paced manufacturing setup with structured on-the-job training.

Key responsibilities

Assist in daily production planning line setup machine allocation and output monitoring to meet targets.
Support industrial engineering tasks: time studies line balancing SMV calculation and process optimization.
Monitor quality at inline/endline stages identify defects and implement corrective actions with operators.
Coordinate with maintenance for machine downtime reduction and with stores for material availability.
Maintain production records prepare daily reports and contribute to 5S/lean initiatives on the shop floor.
Learn and apply safety protocols Kaizen and continuous improvement practices.

Requirements

B.E./ in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or related field; freshers/recent graduates preferred.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes GD&T lean tools and quality systems (ISO preferred).
Good analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and aptitude for shop floor problem-solving.
Strong communication teamwork and willingness to work in shifts on the production floor.
Quick learner with high energy and attention to detail.
