• Experience: Relevant professional experience ranging from entry-level to senior/leadership roles in the respective domain.
  

• Technical Aptitude (for Technical roles): Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g. Python Java JavaScript C) tools and methodologies.
  

• Problem-Solving Skills: A strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose issues and propose effective solutions.
