Job Summary
Location: Walsall or Lambeth
Open To: Must be a current tenant or leaseholder or a member of a tenants or leaseholders household with Watmos Community Homes.
Watmos Community Homes is seeking tenants and leaseholders or members of their household to join our Resident Committee. This is your opportunity to strengthen your community make residents voices heard and play an influential role in making decisions about your community. The role also involves scrutinising services and ensuring residents lived experiences truly shape how we work.

The Company
WATMOS Community Homes is a unique social housing landlord owning just over 2700 homes for rent in the Walsall area of the West Midlands and Lambeth in London. There are also 300 leaseholder properties. As a charitable housing provider our main role is to provide accommodation for people in need of housing.
