The impact youll have

We already have a fantastic marketing and sales team in place; all were missing is you: a tech-savvy B2B marketer with a passion for strategic optimization execution speed and channel efficiency.

Youll work closely with teammates to execute the vision for growing Adage. You will be the engine room of the department leveraging AI-powered content operations to execute email and social campaigns with quality and efficiency. Youll take ownership of our web ecosystem implementing SEO AEO and GEO strategies to ensure our site converts traffic into MQLs. Beyond the website youll manage our brand reputation across critical industry channels coordinate winning award submissions and act as a liaison to our SEM agency. Youll grow your technical and project management skills ensuring our sales team has the assets they need and our events run without a hitch.

Other opportunities with this role pending your interest and experience include training and certification in new marketing technologies and career progression planning.

Requirements

Requirements to succeed in this role

Advanced English level (spoken and written).
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Advertising or related fields.
2-5 years of experience in B2B marketing roles with profiency executing inbound marketing strategies.
Proven experience executing content marketing strategies email marketing and social media scheduling.
Experience managing websites and implementing optimization initiatives (SEO/AEO).
Experience with project management and a successful track record of interdepartmental collaboration.
Oral comprehension writing and editing are essential.

What additional knowledge were seeking:

Experience with email marketing platforms (automation segmentation A/B testing).
Knowledge of SEO AEO GEO and conversion optimization.
Experience with web analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics Umbraco Engage AutoPilot.
Ability to use AI tools for content generation and optimization.
Experience with social media platforms scheduling tools and CRM/marketing automation.
Basic understanding of SEM to manage vendor reporting and ensure alignment with campaigns.
