We are seeking an RN Care Team Leader (CTL) to:

Bea front-line nursing leader with excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Assess unit needs and ensure adequate resources for current and upcoming shifts collaborate with other departments (both clinical and non-clinical) and coordinate admissions transfers and discharges in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Baccalaureate degree in nursing or ADN and achievement of BS in nursing within 5 years of hire Required
Baccalaureate degree in nursing Preferred

Work Experience

2 years relevant nursing experience Required
3 years relevant nursing experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

Registration as a professional nurse in the State of Wisconsin Required
CPR certification Required
National certification in relevant specialty Preferred
