We are seeking an RN Care Team Leader (CTL) to:

  • Bea front-line nursing leader with excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Assess unit needs and ensure adequate resources for current and upcoming shifts collaborate with other departments (both clinical and non-clinical) and coordinate admissions transfers and discharges in a timely manner.

Qualifications
  • Baccalaureate degree in nursing or ADN and achievement of BS in nursing within 5 years of hire Required

  • Baccalaureate degree in nursing Preferred

Work Experience
  • 2 years relevant nursing experience Required

  • 3 years relevant nursing experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications
  • Registration as a professional nurse in the State of Wisconsin Required

  • CPR certification Required

  • National certification in relevant specialty Preferred
