Job Summary
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts)
- Primarily seeking Night Shift RNs though Day Shifts are also available
- Candidates may work 3 or 4 shifts at a time
- Active RN license (State or Compact license acceptable)
- BLS (required)
- ACLS (preferred)
- NRP (required)
- Any additional OB/L&D certifications preferred
- Associates or Bachelors Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Minimum 2 years of OB / Labor & Delivery experience preferred
- Labor and delivery care
- Newborn assessment and postpartum care
- Ability to work independently in a low-volume setting
- Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and maternal care
- Assist with labor delivery postpartum and newborn care
- Monitor mother and baby before during and after delivery
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow IHS protocols
- Ensure patient safety and high-quality care delivery
- Low-volume facility (approximately 20 30 deliveries per month averaging 1 delivery per day)
