About the Role

As a Customer Service Coordinator youll be the first point of contact for our customers ensuring every interaction is timely accurate and honest.

Your mission is to deliver exceptional service by managing orders coordinating logistics and providing solutions that make a difference.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and values customer satisfaction above all.

Responsibilities

Order Management

  • Process and confirm orders ensuring product availability pricing and compliance with customer-specific requirements.

  • Coordinate shipments and collections across the region.

  • Maintain close communication with clinics retailers and acousticians.

After-Sales Support

  • Respond promptly to service requests troubleshoot issues and manage replacements or repairs.

  • Collaborate with technical and clinical teams to resolve field issues.

  • Support the Sales Team with after-sales care and upselling opportunities.

Operational Excellence

  • Prepare and act onservice reports.

  • Participate in workshops and customer meetings when needed.

Process Improvement

  • Apply and improve established processes and policies.

  • Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions for continuous improvement.

Learning & Development

  • Stay up to date on product knowledge accessories and software.

  • Attend internal and external training sessions.

Requirements

  • Patience and attentivenessgreat service starts with listening.

  • Clear communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.

  • Team player with a proactive attitude.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Outlook Word).

  • Experience with Oracle ERP Salesforce or similar systems.

  • Languages: Dutch French and English (spoken and written).
