Job Summary
The Pet Clinic Intern will support educational and market insight initiatives by collaborating with the Field Force team. The role involves engaging veterinary professionals and clinic staff through Round Table Discussions (RTDs) conducting surveys with pet owners and veterinarians and promoting compliance and awareness of parasiticide and vaccination protocols. Additionally the intern will provide insights on our vaccine and anti-parasite brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate veterinarians and receptionists through RTDs in collaboration with the Field Force team.

  • Conduct surveys with pet owners and veterinarians to gather insights on: Products they use and reasons for brand preference. Compliance with parasiticide and vaccination protocols. Awareness and perception of our brands.

  • Compile and analyze survey data to support strategic decisions.

  • Ensure all activities comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Education Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Veterinary Medicine

Experience Requirements (Preferred):

  • Prior exposure to veterinary practice or small animal health industry is preferred (internship clinical rotation or volunteer work).

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of parasiticide and vaccination compliance.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging veterinary professionals.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Analytical skills for survey data interpretation.

  • Familiarity with our vaccine and antiparasite products is an advantage.

Job Qualification:

  • Able to fully commit to the duration of the internship program.

  • High proficiency in English.

  • Basic MS Office and PowerPoint/Excel is a must.

  • Experience with design or content creation tools is a plus (i.e Photoshop Canva)

  • Possess strong interpersonal skills

  • Ambitious motivated and has positive mindset.

  • Results driven.

  • Able to handle projects and engage with FF team.

  • Fast learner whos willing to try new things.

  • A team player with excellent communication skills.

  • Must be amenable to work arrangement.
