The Service Sales Representative is responsible for driving new electrical service business for Piper Electric a Crete United Company across the Denver market. This is a growth-driven role responsible for acquiring new service customers across the full spectrum of light commercial through industrial facilities.
This role requires not only strong sales capability but the ability to draft present and execute service agreements and commercial terms with customers.
Core Responsibilities
- Prospect and secure new electrical service customers across commercial and industrial markets
- Build relationships with facility managers property managers general contractors and industrial operators
- Identify and pursue service opportunities including maintenance troubleshooting repair retrofit and small projects
- Develop write negotiate and execute Terms of Service agreements service contracts and maintenance agreements
- Own the sales process from initial contact through signed agreement
- Partner with service operations for customer onboarding and job execution
- Grow recurring service revenue through contract-based selling
- Maintain accurate CRM data in Salesforce
- Track pipeline and sales activity performance
- Provide leadership with market intelligence and customer insights
Required Experience
- 3years electrical service sales experience required
- Ability to draft negotiate and close service agreements
- Experience with maintenance contracts service agreements or managed-service sales
- Strong understanding of electrical service operations
- Excellent communication negotiation and documentation skills
- Highly organized and self-directed
- CRM experience; Salesforce preferred
- Professional-level business writing ability required
