Amro Music a fourth-generation family-owned business founded in 1921 is seeking a driven high-character individual to join our Accounting Team as an Accounts Payable Specialist. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves accuracy systems and getting things done rightand who wants to grow inside a financially healthy community-focused company.

What Youll Own

Youll be trusted with the full Accounts Payable cycle including:

• Entering and processing invoices with speed and precision
• Verifying invoice accuracy proper coding and required approvals
• Scheduling and issuing payments while optimizing early-pay discounts
• Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies
• Maintaining accurate and organized vendor records
• Communicating professionally with vendors and internal leaders
• Assisting customers by phone with payment-related questions
• Supporting the Accounting Team with administrative and operational tasks
• Monitoring and reordering office supplies

Position Details

• Status: Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Schedule: MondayFriday with rotating Saturday coverage
• Compensation: Hourly other incentives
  • Most strong performers earn $41000 in year one depending on experience
