Key Responsibilities

Revenue Cycle & Billing Mastery

Workflow Oversight: Lead daily billing operations including postings payment processing and managing clearinghouses EFTs and EOBs.
AR Strategy: Dive deep into AR reports to identify trends troubleshoot errors and maintain robust billing policies.
Patient Experience: Continuously refine patient billing and collection processes to ensure efficiency and clarity.

Compliance & Credentialing

Documentation: Organize and digitize all credentialing and compliance files for a modern paperless workflow.
Regulatory Management: Manage ongoing re-credentialing and ensure the company remains compliant with the requirements of our 200 insurance payer contracts.

Data Reporting & Technology

Insights: Extract and analyze data from internal systems to prepare commission and performance reports.
Innovation: Identify system bottlenecks recommend tech-driven solutions and support the implementation and optimization of new software.

Team Oversight & Performance

Global Management: Direct and monitor the productivity and quality of both our in-office and offshore (DR) teams.
Mentorship: Coach and train outsourced teams to ensure top-tier accuracy in a high-volume environment.
Operational Support: Support Pontem sales operations as needed

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Competitive base salary - $60K-$70K based on experience

Requirements:

Qualifications

Experience: 3 years in healthcare billing revenue cycle management or compliance.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of AR reimbursement systems and healthcare regulatory requirements.
Tech Stack: Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools; highly comfortable learning implementing and optimizing new software systems.
Leadership: Experience managing remote or offshore teams is preferred.
