Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in ServiceNow. Your leadership will guide teams in enhancing IT service management and optimizing workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager particularly with ServiceNow projects.
- Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) concepts and best practices.
- Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
