DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:
- Receive Jira tickets from Professional Services containing eInvoice specifications data feed requirements error handling rules or integration notes
- Build end-to-end eInvoice configurations including spec creation preprocessing rules error conditions special cases and file-handling logic
- Create and validate email notifications for eInvoice workflows and ensure file delivery paths schedules and naming conventions are correct
- Develop and configure all standard ServiceChannel data feeds (Location Location Notes User Asset PO/Work Order feeds)
- Review and correct file structure issues across XML JSON CSV TXT and other supported formats
- Support webhook setup event triggers and API-based workflows as part of project requirements
- Work with Professional Services DevOps and Engineering to identify defects configuration gaps and system-side irregularities
- Participate in technical review sessions with PMs Senior PMs and Technical Consultants to confirm scoping accuracy
- Identify technical improvements automation opportunities and recurring issues across eInvoice and data feed builds
Skill and Qualification Requirements:
- English proficiency
- Strong understanding of integrations data structures file processing and SaaS technical workflows
- 3 years experience in a technical support data engineering or integration-focused role
- Working knowledge of XML JSON CSV TXT formats
- Experience with API fundamentals webhooks authentication and event-driven workflows
- SQL literacy (ability to query validate and audit data issues)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent builds and technical tasks
- Jira Confluence and internal CRM experience
