Job Summary

Job Overview

We are seeking a Site Engineer to support the installation configuration and basic maintenance of IoT/RFID-based systems at client locations in Goa. This is a field-oriented execution-focused role ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in technology deployments and on-site support activities.

Job Responsibilities :

Install configure and test IoT/RFID-based systems at project sites.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue escalation and support
Maintain basic documentation site reports and installation records
Support project teams during system deployments and rollouts
Interact with client representatives for day-to-day site activities
Ensure systems function smoothly post-installation

Job Requirements

ITI / Diploma / Degree in Computer Science Electronics or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience required.
Basic understanding of hardware networking or software systems
Willingness to work at client sites and travel locally
Basic communication skills in English and Hindi
Prior experience in field support or technician roles is an added advantage
Willingness to learn IoT and RFID technologies
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work as part of a team.
