RN - Regional Nurse/DCO for Massachusetts

The Regional Nurse/Director of Clinical Operationswill serve as a Nurse Consultantfor a small group of facilities located in Central/Western Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of experience in Nurse Consulting and Long-Term Care. Prior experience as a Director of Nursing in long-term care is required.
Our Regional Nurse(RN/DCO) isresponsible for assessment and evaluation of clinical operations for assigned nursing facilities. Functions as liaison between the Director of Nursing (DON) and the Corporate Director of Clinical Quality & Outcomes. Monitors facilitates and as necessary directs the operations to ensure facility compliance with the organizations standards of care and operational practices Federal State Regulations and other regulatory agencies. Functions as a clinical leader within the applicants will display strong leadership skills and be able to work with multiple teams and create a positive working experience as part of a team.
