Unlock whats possible. We are seeking a Senior Developer to join our team to help propel our customers digital transformation journeys with human-centered design thinking and consultation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce deployments and environment management within the Managed Services team.
• Execute Copado user story promotions pipeline runs validations and routine deployment tasks under guidance from senior team members.
• Assist with maintaining version control tracking changes and following established branching and metadata management practices.
• Monitor deployment activities identify issues and escalate or collaborate with senior DevOps resources to resolve them.
• Document routine procedures deployment steps and environment updates to support team knowledge sharing.
• Follow established security compliance and operational processes within the DevOps framework.

Education and Experience Required:

• 13 years of experience supporting Salesforce deployments DevOps processes or environment management.
• Exposure to Copado for deployment execution pipelines validations and branching workflows (hands-on experience preferred).
• Basic understanding of Salesforce metadata types sandbox structure and release lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Git and version control fundamentals (branching merging commit management).
• Experience with automated testing tools or CI/CD practices is a plus.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with senior DevOps resources.
• Strong attention to detail documentation skills and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
• Relevant certifications (Copado Fundamentals I Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder) are beneficial but not required
