Job Responsibilities:
Manage high-level emails and respond promptly.
Handle Inbound & outbound calls with professionalism.
Perform data entry with a high accuracy & efficiency.
Maintain and update CRM spreadsheets and other records.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing and triaging emails.
Provide customer support & respond to enquiries.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Apply critical thinking to assess client situations identify solutions and improve processes.
Requirements
2 years of experience as B2C CSR for any financial campaigns.
At least 1 year of experience as B2B CSR.
B2 to A1 English Proficiency both verbal and written.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Strong critical thinking & problem-solving skills.
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills (written & verbal) Fluency in English is a must.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proven experience in data entry administrative tasks and email management.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Required Skills:
Experience with specific platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Encompass LendingQB CashAssist) Knowledge of lending regulations (FDIC CFPB GLBA etc.) Familiarity with KYC/AML processes and risk management

Bachelors degree in finance or a related field
