Job Description
Are you detail-oriented commercially minded and fluent in Dutch Were looking for a Dutch-speaking Sales Support Specialist to join a dynamic international environment where youll play a key role in supporting sales operations revenue accuracy and forecasting processes.
This role sits at the heart of sales operations and works closely with Sales Operations Finance and Quoting teams to ensure clean pipelines accurate billing and reliable forecasts.
What Youll Be Doing
Prepare and validate Revenue Recognition data for client sign-off ensuring correct categorisation in collaboration with internal Operations teams
Monitor revenue actuals scheduled billings quoting tools and pipeline data to identify gaps overlaps or inconsistencies
Perform daily and weekly pipeline hygiene checks following up on missing close plans overdue opportunities or data quality issues
Investigate and reconcile billing and invoicing discrepancies including disputes credits and adjustments working closely with Finance and Operations
Support forecasting activities by joining or leading closing calls tracking deal progress and preparing forecast documentation
Manage support tickets related to pricing quote tools system updates and billing escalations
Proactively monitor deal progression and collaborate with Quoting teams and management to resolve issues before deal completion
Create and distribute reports on pipeline hygiene and billing readiness ensuring timely action from stakeholders in CRM systems
What Were Looking For
Native-level Dutch and strong professional English
Experience in sales support revenue operations finance support or commercial operations
Strong analytical skills and close attention to detail
Comfortable working with CRM systems quoting tools and reporting dashboards
Proactive mindset with the ability to follow up and drive resolution across teams
Strong communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders
Working Hours & Setup
Monday to Friday 09:0018:00
Hybrid model: 3 days in the office 2 days remote
