We are currently looking to expand our team with aSenior Product Owner.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and the product & engineering teams translating business problems into clear actionable product requirements and delivery plans.
• Take broad conceptual ideas and work hands-on with Design and Engineering to turn them into shipped product.
• Own prioritization and sequencing decisions balancing business impact technical constraints dependencies and delivery timelines.
• Define and communicate product plans from conception through launch.
• Analyze launch outcomes and drive iteration optimization and follow-up feature development.
• Analyze user feedback and conduct user and market research to identify improvements and convert insights into concrete product initiatives.
• Create clear product blueprints (flows screens acceptance criteria) and prepare artifacts for stakeholder review and approval prior to development.
• Work closely with engineering to break down requirements into development stories clarify scope and obtain accurate estimates.
• Contribute meaningfully to technical discussions around architecture trade-offs feasibility timelines and implementation approaches.
• Challenge assumptions and implementation decisions when needed ensuring solutions are pragmatic scalable and aligned with business goals.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Own and maintain a product roadmap driving execution and continuous improvement of features that enhance platform.
• Thrive in fast feedback loops with a mindset of rapid prototyping iteration and learning.
• Collaborate closely with Product Engineering Design Data and other teams across the company to ensure alignment and execution against business objectives.
• Work closely with the teams Product Manager to ensure alignment with the overall strategy and client needs

Requirements

• Skilled Product Owner with 3-5 years of hands-on Product Owner experience owning backlog delivery and execution in cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles processes and tools with real-world delivery experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; able to operate confidently across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational prioritization and time-management skills.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving mindset with a bias toward practical solutions.
• Ability to think creatively while staying grounded in execution realities.
• High attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving disruptive and ambiguous environments.
• Naturally influential and respected by engineers designers and business stakeholders through clarity competence and ownership.
