Your Role

• Strategic Consulting: Host client meetings to provide expert guidance on advertising platforms features and enhancements tailored for business growth.
• Campaign Management: Deliver specialized recommendations for campaign setup and optimization while monitoring active client campaigns to ensure success.
• Sales Growth: Manage inbound and outbound sales activities identifying and maximizing opportunities to drive value for clients and channel partners.
• Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor building long-term relationships within the tech and digital advertising sectors.
• Performance Tracking: Maintain high accuracy in your sales pipeline and track client campaign ROI using CRM systems.

Your Qualifications

• Languages: Native or fluent proficiency in Arabic (written and spoken) and fluent in English.
• Experience: Prior experience in sales customer service or the outsourcing sector is preferred.
• Skills: Solid knowledge of MS Office programs and a value-based selling approach. Experience with CRM systems is a distinct advantage.
• Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a drive to achieve specific performance targets.
• Legal Status: Must possess a valid work permit for Bulgaria (no visa sponsorship provided).

The Offer

• Location: Hybrid role based in Sofia Bulgaria (2 days per week in-office).
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 10:00 19:00 (Weekdays only).
