Description

As a Lead HR Services Administrator you will leverage both existing and emerging technologies to ensure rapid and effective resolution of inquiries. Additionally you will play a key role in the continuous improvement of HR operations and the overall employee experience.

You will report directly to our SR HR Services Supervisor and youll work out of our Bengaluru Campus 2 location on a On-site work schedule.

In this role you will impact the organization by optimizing HR service delivery processes and ensuring that the HR team meets the needs of the business effectively. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a customer-centric approach to HR services

  • Lead and manage the HR service administration to deliver high-quality HR services to employees and managers.
  • Provide expert support to different customer groups resolving HR-related queries efficiently.
  • Utilize advanced technologies to enhance the speed and effectiveness of query resolution.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of HR processes and the employee experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR policies procedures and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement innovative solutions.
