Job Summary
As a Dental Assistant/Receptionist you will have close working relationships with patients clinicians and other support staff and report to the Practice Manager.
This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You will be someone who enjoys working closely within a team and providing upstanding customer care. Other responsibilities include:
- Assist our Clinicians in providing high-quality dental care to patients.
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures.
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
- Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow and exceptional patient experience.
- Reception duties - meeting & greeting patients general and booking enquiries record keeping payment & insurance processing.
Qualifications :
- Experience as a Dental Assistant/Receptionist is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
