Job Summary

  • Warmly welcome patients and create a positive first impression.
  • Coordinate appointment bookings and manage the clinics schedule.
  • Answer phone calls and assist patients with inquiries or requests.
  • Keep the reception area clean tidy and presentable.
  • Provide administrative support to the dental team as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a dental or medical reception role is preferred but not essential full training will be provided to the right candidate.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Confidence using computer systems; familiarity with dental software (e.g. EXACT or D4W) is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A friendly professional manner and a genuine interest in patient care.
