Job Summary

  • Contribute to the implementation of the service impact strategic objectives by investigating analysing and translating knowledge into evidence-based practices that support values-based client community and the health system outcomes.
  • Ongoing position at 1.0 FTE

  • This position is ongoing and classified as Grade 4 under the HEALTH AND ALLIED SERVICES MANAGERS AND ADMINISTRATIVE WORKERS (VICTORIAN STAND-ALONE COMMUNITY HEALTH SERVICES (MULTI EMPLOYER) ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT

The Opportunity

IPC Health is seeking a Service Impact Coordinator to join our dynamic Service Impact team situated within the Office of the this pivotal role youll help co-ordinate projects that enhance client experience outcomes access and care co-ordination across IPC Health services.

Youll work collaboratively across teams and with community partners to transform data and insights into evidence-based improvements making a lasting difference in how we deliver person-centred effective and connected care.

You will make a difference by

  • Co-ordinating and facilitating collaborative projects that improve service delivery and client outcomes.
  • Partnering with staff community members and external stakeholders to integrate clinical innovations and solve local service challenges.
  • Evaluating and reporting on key outcomes focused on improving client access early intervention and service coordination.
  • Translating evidence into practice through improvement and implementation methodologies (e.g. PDSA JBI approach Agile Innovation).
  • Facilitating change initiatives that strengthen sustainability and enhance client wellbeing outcomes.
  • Preparing data-driven analytical and evaluative reports that inform decision-making and continuous learning across the organisation.
  • Supporting the development of scalable integrated and client-centred care models that balance prevention early intervention and therapeutic service delivery.

To succeed you will need

  • A degree in a relevant healthcare project management or evaluation field.
  • Strong understanding of improvement and implementation methodologies (such as PDSA JBI or Agile Innovation).
  • Demonstrated experience in data collection analysis synthesis and communicating findings to varied audiences.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders including working groups and committees.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving and report-writing skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience facilitating change and implementing improvement strategies in service or clinical environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and process mapping tools (e.g. Miro CoPilot).
