Job Summary
As a Boutique Sales Associate you will play a key role in the success of the boutique. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience both pre- and post-sale while actively promoting our products and brand. Additionally you will contribute to the boutiques success by efficiently executing assigned tasks within given time frames and meeting set objectives reporting to the Boutique Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Being a Brand Ambassador to sell and promote Audemars Piguet products
- Customer Service: promote the AP experience; client care visits; repair conversion sales.
- Support both new and existing customers
- Upload and maintain client information in CRM
- Participate in marketing events and activities
- Provide operational support and knowledge of ERP system use
- Collect CRM data and follow selling plans to create selling opportunities
- Provide administrative and operational support on daily tasks and for specific Marketing events
- Manage client relationships and client experience within the Boutique (including updating knowledge about products and prices keeping the Boutique in a good state in compliance with AP standards managing product inventory)
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years luxury goods retail experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience a plus
- Strong computer skills (PC and Microsoft preferred)
- Prior experience using POS system and its inventory functions
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Additional Information :
Audemars Piguet offers a competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits package. The salary range for this position is $33.00 - $43.00 per hour. This role is eligible for bonus. Salary will be based on relevant skills and experience.
