Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
The research assistant will focus on the following tasks
Numerical simulation of electronic devices.
Experimental characterization analysis of high-speed electronic devices.
Providing general research support to
Job Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Physics or related field
Familiarity with micro and nano device simulation and characterization
Proficiency in fundamentals of electrical engineering in particular semiconductor physics and electromagnetics theory
Good written and oral communication skills
