The opportunity
Youll be our onsite afterhours first point of contact across the village. Solecharge while on duty to support residents and respond to any emergencies. Sleepover shifts typically involve active work 5pm9pm then oncall while you sleep from 9pm7am (with a sleep allowance) and weekend finishes with further work hours of 7am-10am. Were hiring two team members and a casual position to cover 7 nights between you of 25 nights each.
What youll do
Provide exceptional resident support and village cover: answer afterhours enquiries address security concerns respond to the emergency call bell and ensuring the emergency services have access when needed helping residents with practical tasks such as changing a lightbulb etc light cleaning of shared areas light admin (e.g. diary handover and data entry) and support events or sales showings when needed.

Qualifications :
What youll bring
- Personal Care Worker experience and qualification is ideal
- Proven customer service and a warm respectful approach to older people
- Experience as a personal care worker would be advantageous
- Composed responsive decisionmaking in urgent situations
- Ability to selfmanage and prioritise through the night
- Basic IT skills (Outlook Word Excel)
- Current First Aid certificate (training can be provided)
