As our Health Safety & Environment Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of workplace safety and environmental stewardship at Bosch.
Your contribution to something big:
- Coordinate EHS management system tasks (planning internal auditing reporting and monitoring of management system performance);
- Perform internal EHS audits and monitor corrective-preventive actions;
- Evaluate and validate the EHS database for work safety waste and water of all reporting units;
- Conduct EHS performance evaluation with key KPIs and prepare relevant cockpit charts;
- Contribute to EHS management system review and reporting;
- Manage EHS database technical requirements (tickets authorization of new contributors organization of reporting units in the database etc.) as well as corporate internal pages SharePoint distribution lists etc.;
- Coordinate site classification for production sites;
- Provide support and expertise to Home Comfort units (manufacturing sales after sales service departments offices etc.) on EHS topics such as incident investigation deriving corrective and preventive actions;
- Communicate good practices and lessons learnt across the organization with all relevant stakeholders;
- Carry out EHS awareness raising activities across the organization including development and implementation of training programs;
- Contribute to routine or non-routine EHS related meetings;
- Review and optimize EHS processes.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
Education:
- Completed studies in the field of Environmental Engineering or other comparable engineering fields preferably internal auditor certification on ISO 14001 and ISO 4500.
Experience:
- Proven experience in coordinating HSE management systems preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings;
- Experience conducting internal audits and managing corrective/preventive actions.
Know-how:
- Strong knowledge of health safety and environmental regulations and standards;
- Extensive knowledge of EHS management systems occupational safety and environment topics and their reporting;
- Proficient in HSE database management and performance evaluation using KPIs;
- Skilled in incident investigation and risk assessment methodologies.
Languages:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken). German is a plus.
Working Style and Methods:
- Detail-oriented proactive and able to manage multiple priorities;
- Collaborative and communicative able to work with diverse teams and stakeholders;
- Availability to travel.
