We are looking for an Implementation specialist who will independently manage end-to-end client onboarding and deployment for Finmos Treasury Operating System across global markets. This role blends functional expertise in treasury processes with the technical understanding required to guide clients through configuration integration and adoption of modules such as Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable Cash Visibility Cash Forecasting and Global Payments.
Key Responsibilities
Client Implementation and Solutioning
Work with new customers to understand their finance operations identify challenges and define configuration requirements.
Design solutions aligned with client needs and best practices for finance operations.
Conduct high quality product demonstrations to help clients understand system capabilities.
Serve as a treasury product advisor by maintaining deep knowledge of Finmos modules and features.
Project and Stakeholder Management
Lead the full implementation cycle including discovery configuration testing training go-live and hyper care.
Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously while maintaining progress timelines and clarity of deliverables.
Maintain detailed logs for product or operational issues and provide structured status updates as required.
Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders across finance operations and technology teams.
Cross Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to troubleshoot issues share customer feedback and propose workarounds or improvements.
Represent customer needs internally by clearly translating workflows pain points and potential enhancements.
Product Expertise and Advocacy
Become an expert in Finmos treasury suite including configuration options and integration pathways.
Promote strong adoption and usage of the platform ensuring customers achieve early value and long term success.
Support the development of improved implementation methodologies training materials and internal tools.
Qualifications :
What You Need
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success consulting project management product operations or a related field.
Experience working with enterprise customers and managing diverse stakeholder groups.
Strong project management skills with a proven ability to run complex implementations across multiple workstreams.
Excellent English communication skills with the ability to conduct detailed discovery and manage expectations.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and provide clear feedback.
High adaptability and ability to work in fast paced environments.
Strong customer empathy and the ability to anticipate client needs and propose suitable solutions.
